Low-Calorie Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie!! Great for recovery after a workout!
I use about 8oz. of Vanilla Almond Milk (30 Calories), 1 tbsp. Ground flaxseed (30 calories) 1 tbsp. PB2(chocolate flavored powdered peanut butter)(25 calories), 2 scoops of soy protein (90 calories)...put it in a blender with some ice and voila!! A yummy low-calorie protein shake! (If you like a creamier texture try adding 1/2 a banana for a "Chunky Monkey" inspired version) TOTAL CALORIES 175!!!
