I am totally addicted to Absolut's new Cilantro flavored vodka!! This recipe was my boyfriends idea and I must say it is amazing!!!
2tbsp. Absolut Cilantro Vodka
2 Garlic cloves
2 spicy Banana peppers w/o seeds
5 small green Tomatoes
1 4oz. cup of Dole pineapple tidbits in 100% juice
1/4 cup onion of choice
Add all ingredients to blender pulse until desired consistency
Serve with your favorite dipping chips!!
