Recipe:

16oz. Ground Chicken (I like Purdue)
2 tbsp. Chopped Cilantro
1 Fresh Pineapple
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Red Onion chopped
Step 1: Mix chicken, cilantro, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and onion together in a bowl and form into patties.
Step 2: Peel and core the pineapple and cut into 1/4-1/2" thick slices
Step 3: Bake the patties with pineapple on top in a covered dish at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 4: Enjoy!
